Hi M and S,

I confess I felt much like Jeremy as our petition was handed over. Ten years into my diagnosis, I can't help but wonder what difference it will make. Having slept on it, today I feel quite up for a fight and have resolved to campaign more vigorously than I have before. So, Jeremy, channel your pessimism into creating an almighty stink!

You all do a wonderful job in lots of ways. This is an important initiative but the contact and communication between you and Parkies and their carers and the experts is a real joy.

Well done to you all, and Jeremy - it might only be baby steps, but it's a decent start. Huge respect to each and every one who is suffering this horrendous disease, and their carers.

Love and Hugs. x

Well done guys. Even if Rishi ignores the petition it has brought some positive publicity to the health issue. As this comment is coming from Downunder I'm not sure if you have heard that former Australian cricket captain Allan Border has been diagnosed with Parkinsons. Might be worth trying to get him of the podcast one day. Sorry, I don't have his phone number but I'm sure Cricket Australia could help you.
